Hidden away behind the Farmhouse sits Ruby Cottage, a traditional granite built cottage that is over 250 years old. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room, a single bedroom and a twin with a cot & share a family bathroom.
Downstairs there is a large sitting room with dual aspect windows, two sofas and a dining area with table and chairs. TV DVD player, Digital box and radio/CD/iPod.
The kitchen is large and airy, equipped with everything you should need. Gas cooker, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine and Dryer. The cottage has a gas fired combination boiler so if there is a chill in the air you won’t be cold. There is a high chair if needed, stair gates too.
Outside there is a large patio with table and chairs and a BBQ. Up some lovely granite steps sits a very pretty ‘hidden’ garden, which gets the sun in the afternoon and early evening.
There is a village Pub only 5 minutes walk from the cottage, which serves home cooked local produce, real ale & good wines, & is child & dog friendly.
There is parking for 2 cars near to the cottage and outside lighting to see your way in if it’s dark.
