All you have to do is book before Christmas. There are no booking fees, no added costs, just what you see on Ruby Farmhouse Holiday self catering Cottages  less the 20%. We take a 25% deposit to confirm your booking then the balance is due 8 weeks before you arrive. If you can’t wait until Spring why not bring your extended family down for Christmas or New Year? We have room for 12 people and a baby if you book all three cottages. Perfect for a family get together, and you still get your own space in which to go to bed and then ease your way into the following day.
