Perfect Location to Explore South West Cornwall
Situated on the edge of the village of Porkellis, Ruby Farmhouse Holiday Cottages are in the perfect location to explore South West Cornwall. Within 20 minutes you can be on the South or North Cornish Coastal Path enjoying the views and the sea air. If you’d rather be cycling then that too is only 20 minutes away from us and you can be winding your way along the Bissoe Cycle Trail.
Not your thing?
Falmouth is only 20 minutes away and onto a boat you can go to visit St Mawes, The Helford or Trelissick Garden which is only 20 minutes away by car, slower by boat but a lovely trip to take. The list is endless, from places to go sailing and try water sports, like Stithians Lake, or if you want to go out on the high seas try Mylor Quay.
Of course we should mention Port Isaac, famous before Doc Martin came along and is only an hour away, beautiful it is too, you may even hear Port Isaac’s very own Fisherman’s Friends singing. Below are links to just a few of the many places on offer.
