Fabulous blog, we’ve been making more of an effort to buy at least 3 meals a week from our local farm shops and so far so good, yes it is more expensive but not so bad if you plan your meals and don’t make special journeys to do your shop! The food tastes a damn sight better too. Please take a look and make an effort if you come down to Cornwall on holiday, to buy local and experience some “real Food”!
